Venturing a guess from the hip: Tyreke Evans and DeMarcus Cousins are untouchable. DeLambert is the Kings only legitimate center, so they’ve got to keep him. That leaves Beno Udrih and Omri Casspi. If you’re the Spurs, you might take Udrih and feel confident bringing him off the bench behind George Hill. But if the Spurs are really looking for some kind of even return, they’ll need to ask for Omri Casspi. He hasn’t become much yet, but can still be labeled a “work in progress”. Casspi’s potential, coupled with a number 7 pick, even in a garbage draft, will probably make the trade about even. I’m not buying Toronto passing up on Kemba Walker–a surefire GOOD player–for a Tony Parker who will probably be disgruntled to have to play in Canada, and even if he plays his hardest, only has a few prime years left in him anyway.
DJ’s pick: Tony Parker for the #7, and Omri Casspi. Toronto grabs Walker.
